Quotebaken already offers issued invoices, a calendar, timers, manually managed inventory and activity history. The following functions are different, and should not be confused with the available tools. No release dates are guaranteed.

How subscriptions and automatic billing work

Select USD or EUR above. All subscription base prices exclude VAT or other applicable taxes and do not fluctuate with exchange rates. Stripe Tax calculates applicable tax using the billing address, country and valid business tax details. Eligible new customers start with a 14-day trial and authorize recurring billing unless canceled before renewal. The final tax and recurring total are shown at Stripe Checkout. The Dutch 21% VAT example does not apply to every customer. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed billing currency and terms.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START?

No surprises. Just clarity.

What counts toward the Starter limit?

Each new quote counts toward the 50-quote allowance in the current calendar month. Pro and Business do not have that monthly creation limit. Your existing quotes remain accessible when you reach Starter's cap.

Is Business a team plan?

Yes. Business supports up to five invited teammates. Managers can edit quotes, clients and reminders, while Viewers have read-only access. Only the owner manages invitations and billing.

Does Quotebaken send automatic reminders?

Yes, Pro and Business can automatically create in-app reminder tasks 3 and 7 days after a pending quote, when enabled for that quote. Customer emails require a verified sending domain and must be enabled per quote. SMS is not available.

When will I be charged?

Eligible new accounts pay no subscription fee for the first 14 days. The chosen USD or EUR recurring amount, plus any applicable tax, is charged after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Checkout shows the total.

How do I cancel?

Log in, open Billing & plans, and select Cancel automatic renewal. You can also manage your payment method through the Stripe billing portal.

Can I see my current benefits?

Yes. Billing & plans shows your current subscription, included features, exclusions and the detailed plan comparison.
